These pictures were sent in by DB. He writes: "I thought you might like to see this one! These were taken June 8, 2007 in Roussillon France. I tried to locate the urinal on Google Earth and believe it to be 43˚54'11.61"N 5˚17'32.64"E. As you can see [in the first photo], [there are] no doors and one could present quite a nice side profile to people walking by!
