This photo was submitted by KW. He writes: "The Rådhus (City Hall) of Oslo was begun in the 1930s and finished in 1950. It is a monumental modernist building with enormous halls decorated with murals by Krohg, Sørensen and others. The splendid urinals in the basement are in perfect condition."
