This photo was sent in by AS. He writes: "These are the urinals of the Oshkosh Office Center at 222 Washington Avenue, Oshkosh, WI. These urinals are located on the main level of the building which once was Oshkosh's US Post Office. As of 2016, it housed the offices of Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), the Wisconsin Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Oshkosh Job Center, which helps individuals with resume writing, job search skills and other workforce development programs."
