"[The Cruz de la Tercera Milenio is a] ...gigantic concrete cross on top of a hill in the town of Coquimbo, Chile. ...this cross stands at least 150 feet tall, and is visible for miles around. You may, for $500 Chilean Pesos (about 85 cents) take an elevator to an observation deck, which is inside of the horizontal portions of the cross, and features outstanding views of the town, it's beaches, and the Pacific Ocean. These urinals are found on the ground level, however, and cost $100 Chilean Pesos to use (about 18 cents). When in Chile, it is wise to carry around the $100 peso coins, as many places charge this to use the urinals."
