
This photo was submitted by Jeff. He writes: "Wantage is a small market town in the Vale of the White Horse and is the birthplace of King Alfred. To the south of the county, it has a good range of shops and services with several fine pubs and restaurants. Close by is the Ridgeway, a prehistoric route 87 miles long was used by travellers, herdsmen and soldiers. The car park contains public toilets, where the gents has a delightful metal trough urinal."
