According to a random internet write-up, the following is known about this establishment: "We spent a wonderful night there some weeks ago with my friends from Switzerland. This was they first trip to Hungary, so we decided to give it a try since the host guy told us that it's not just the OLDEST RESTAURANT OF BUDAPEST but a REAL HUNGARIAN restaurant with traditional cuisine as well. We didn't regret our choice, the food was absoultely perfect just like the atmosphere of the restaurant. We loved the "puszta" cocktail and the so-called "Budapest steak", and of course my Swiss friends found the world famous goulash soup incredibly delicious. They also have a gypsy band, playing wonderful music which makes the whole place very special. As a local, (I also live in Budapest) I am always a bit critic with the restaurants in my city, but this one made me proud to be Hungarian. DEFINITELY WORTH A TRY!"
