This picture was sent in by JK. He writes: "The Stratosphere Tower measures 280 meters (917 feet) to the roof, and 350 (1149 feet) meters including its spire. Next to a great view of Las Vegas and vicinity, the tower features four of the world's highest thrill rides, such as a rollercoaster. As part of the Stratosphere Hotel & Casino, the tower is said to be the tallest building in the United States west of the Mississippi. These fixtures may be found at the indoor observation deck at a height of approximately 265 meters (870 feet)."
