This photo was submitted by KW. He writes: "Ski is a town 24 kilometers south of Oslo. These urinals serve its shopping mall ("Storsenter" -- i.e. store center), located across from the train station. The exposed pipe supplies the flush when triggered by a motion detector near the ceiling."
