This photo was sent in by KD. He writes: "[This is a photo] of the men's room in The Shakespeare Pub, located on Lower Temple Street in Birmingham. A lovely victorian-era pub, with nice tilework and 3 (surprisingly, for a pub) clean urinals side-by-side. They also flush together, but I was unable to determine what tripped the flush mechanism."
