This photo was sent in by SW. He writes: "[This is the] urinal at the waterless composting public toilets at the Scarsdale Community Park in regional Victoria.
The urinal is just in the same private stall as the men's toilet. There is no hand basin so I hope no one tries to wash [their] hands in it.
It's a [composting] toilet that breaks the human waste down into organic matter for gardens and also uses no water. This is great as the area often has to deal with drought.
