He writes: "[Polonnaruwa is an] ancient capital founded circa 9th Century A.D. has probably one of the world's oldest (and most aesthetically pleasing) urinals in the world . It can be seen in the archeological museum along with other examples of ancient urinals there and I attach a photo of it".
