He writes: "Vancouver's Pacific Coliseum at the Exhibition grounds was built in 1968 as an ice hockey arena, and continues in this form although a new arena has been built downtown. These urinals with a step-up platform are original, and there are several washrooms like it in the building. It was the location for skating events during the Winter Olympics in 2010, and it is also used for concerts."
