The unisex toilet in this restaurant has enclosed toilet stalls and a urinal behind café-style swinging doors. The only thing unusual about this arrangement is the privacy doors. It is not uncommon in France, particularly in small establishments like restaurants where space is at a premium, to have a unisex restroom with one or more enclosed toilet stalls, and a urinal in a communal washroom."
