These photos were sent in by CTTF. He writes: "This photo is from Kenosha Rest Area #26 in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This rest area is the first you encounter when crossing over from Illinois into Wisconsin on I-94. This rest area has two mens' restrooms which is why you get two photos from here."
