This picture was sent in by KW. He writes: "In western Shanghai, China, is a Japanese Restaurant simply called 'Japanese Restaurant.' I presume that its Chinese name has the same meaning. For an amazingly low price, they offer an 'all-you-can-eat' fixed price dinner of excellent sushi, sashimi and tempura with Japanese beer ad lib. Note the innovative way the lower part of each urinal is flushed."
