This picture was sent in by S&DH. They write: "If waterless urinals are now an environmental rage, then the builders of this outdoor, open-air, roadside relief station were way ahead of their time. More likely they simply did not have running water to hook up to the urinals. Why they even bothered with such porcelain versions is a mystery. Perhaps it was simply a misguided desire to keep up with the Joneses."
