This picture was submitted by KW. He writes: "[This is] a venerable 5-star hotel not affiliated with the Ritz-Carlton group. The hotel is located in the Plaza Moyúa, on Bilbao's main street, Gran Via Don Diego López de Haro. What's strange about this installation is that, as you can see, two of the urinals are connected to a small tank of disinfectant/deodorizer and the third is not."
