The Frog & Onion Pub is named after its two owners: M. Magnin is from France (the Frog) and his partner Mrs. West is from Bermuda (the Onion). The pub is built in a large space that began life as a barrel-making facility at the Royal Naval Dockyard. The centerpiece of the venue is a huge stone fireplace which used to server as a forge in the pub's barrel-making days.
