The family that owns the place has a big Texas Style BBQ cookoff each year where teams compete for the right to get drunk, get loud and burn lots of good meat. The owner of the Ranch is a professional Ice Carver, and carves up a special piece each year. The chips from the giant ice block go into the urinal where boys of all ages get to turn them back into water."
