This urinal was installed and photographed by David himself. He writes: "California is suffering from a drought, but long before that, I believed in saving water. This outside urinal is used by me to save water and not track mud and dirt in the house when working outside. Oakdale is the Gateway to the Northern entrance of Yosemite National Park plus it is the Cowboy Capital here in California. The second weekend of April is our large Rodeo event, preceded by a Rodeo Parade on "F" St., otherwise known as Highways 120/108."
