It is a huge open faced sandwich consisting of Texas toast, your favorite meat, a heap of french fries on the top with some tomatoes and onions for garnish drenched in hot white cheddar cheese sauce. This place also features traditional Irish pub fare as well.

"If you don't know about the symbolism of the sandwich, the toast is supposed to symbolize a hoof, the meat (originally ham) the shoe itself, the fries as nails and the cheese as glue. The dish was invented around 1928 and is served primarily in Springfield only, though a few other nearby towns have their versions as well.

"This restaurant was featured in the Springfield episode of Man Vs. Food as having the best horseshoes in town (based on the opinion of the host of the show.)"
