This picture was submitted by eastbayray. He writes: "I'm not sure just how many conventions take place here but the number can't be very large.... The first floor of the center houses a couple of antique shops, a coffee shop and a restaurant, while upstairs is a motorcycle museum and the men's room. There is no explanation for the missing Urinal- I don't recall seeing any news of stolen urinals in the local paper. Perhaps it was sold by the city to raise funds, or maybe just taken to the shop for some repairs."
