This picture was sent in by KW. He writes: "Portland is an island in Dorset, England, connected to the mainland geologically only by Chesil Beach and subsequently also by an artificial causeway. Its quarries, still in operation, provided stone for the construction of Sir Christopher Wren's St. Paul's Cathedral in London.
"The Ministry of Defense occupied much of Portland during WWII, and built the Admiralty Underwater Weapons Establishment at the southern end of the island. The Portland Spa Health Spa and Resort, with hotel and restaurant, is one of the organizations now taking over and modernizing part of this building. These urinals are in one of the men's rooms shared by various companies that rent the remaining offices."
