This photo was submitted by CTTF. He writes: " This library originally served an unincorporated community in Homer Township of Will County. This township was incorporated in 2001 as Homer Glen and is one of the newest exurbs in the Chicago area, though the municipal buildings like this library are still simply referred to as Homer Township."
