This sprawling, white brick, 19-room country home was built in 1939 and was the home farm of the 1965 Kentucky Derby winner Lucky Debonaire, ridden by jockey Willie Shoemaker.

"This place is now owned by the Forest Preserve district of DuPage county and now serves as a baquet and reception hall."
